• Wash at 30-40°C, inside out, with similar colours.
• Prints and decorations - wash inside out and do not iron over them.
• Leggings and sportswear - 30°C without fabric softener, it reduces stretch and breathability.
• Fleece - gentle cycle, no fabric softener, low spin.
• Avoid tumble drying to prevent shrinking; dry flat or on a hanger.
• If needed, iron at medium temperature from the inside.
